The team at Tom Thumb at Milburn Rd childcare provided a caring and nurturing environment not only for my child but also for myself and my husband. Our son had a tough start to his life and the staff at Tom Thumb help him to develop and trust again and I will be forever grateful at how caring and understanding all of the staff were to our situation. The staff genuinely care about the kids and this was evident by our son wanting to attend every day. Our son thrived under their care and they went above and beyond in so many ways to help him succeed in his journey to kindergarten and beyond. Being a working mum I could not have personally coped without their care and support and I would 100% recommend Tom Thumb child care.

Being a first time mother and new to the area I was quite nervous as to where to send my baby boys to day care. My husband had always spoken about his loving memories and long lasting friendships he made at Tom Thumb kindergarten and to my luck we were able to get an interview and a spot at Tom Thumb. I feel so very fortunate to be a part of Tom Thumb. I love how excited my children get when where on our way to kindy. The teachers are lovely and so supportive and make learning fun. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Tom Thumb xx

As a working mother I often spoke to other mothers about how they would worry at work about leaving their kids in child care. Thankfully I never had this worry, the carers at Tom Thumb where fantastic and I felt they truly loved our kids and were invested in their growth and development. Both my children entered Tom Thumb at the age of 7 months and now at the ages of 10 and 7 they are still under the watchful eye of the Tom Thumb OOSH Team. Over the years both my kids and I developed strong relationships with our Tom Thumb carers in fact when it can time to say goodbye to a carer both our kids and I found ourselves wiping tears away which is proof of the strong bonds that grow not only between the Tom Thumb carers and the kids but parents and carers as well. From infant to primary school the Tom Thumb team have provided our kids with a healthy and safe learning environment. Thanks Tom Thumb!

My son struggled with separation anxiety and several other anxious conditions. Leaving him to go to work was very upsetting for both us. He regressed badly at his previous day-care which was very upsetting. I reached out to Carly at Tom Thumb Kindy. From that day on things changed… they were so patient with him and together worked with our family on a plan to make him more comfortable. He went from being this insecure child that was making himself sick and not eating among other things to a boy who truly thrived and became confident playing with his peers.
I could not recommend Tom Thumb highly enough. Each child is different and Tom Thumb recognises this and helps them to achieve their goals. My son is now a happy child who enjoys life so much more.

The before and after school care at Kirrawee Public school is fantastic and it’s an invaluable part of our life. My son has been attending for over 3 years and absolutely loves it and treats the staff as part of our extended family. All of the staff are amazing and caring and he has formed such great relationships with the staff and children over this time. It definitely makes it easier knowing he is happy and enjoying himself and this is due to being supported by such wonderful caring staff. I would 100% recommend KPS OOSH.
